During my recent stay at the Atenas Hotel in Tetouan, I had the pleasure of experiencing their culinary offerings, which left a lasting impression. Each morning, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful way to begin the day, featuring local cuisine that provided a taste of Moroccan flavors. I especially enjoyed the variety of breads, olives, and honey, which reflected the region's rich culinary palette. In the evenings, the hotel's restaurant offered an engaging ambiance where I indulged in international cuisine. One particular night, I opted for a set menu that included a refreshing soft drink which complemented the vibrant flavors of the main course beautifully. The thoughtful presentation of each dish showcased the chef's attention to detail. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed yet sophisticated, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and casual meals. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site coffee shop for quick snacks between meals.
